When and Who will offer £35 million+ for Torres and when!

Being a Liverpool fan and also a Torres fan, I cant help but wonder and worry if or when some super rich club offers £35 million or around that for Torres who is clearly one of the best Strikers in the world. I hope it does not happen but I bet it will.

There was a rumor that Chelsea already offered that much for Torres right after Euro 08. But the Reds declined it.
