West Ham’s Ljungberg & Faubert Set To Return Against Derby
West Ham United could be in for a double boost for Saturday's home match against Derby with Julien Faubert and Freddie Ljungberg aiming to return to action.
The Hammers, who have been troubled with injuries all through the season, are looking to get the duo back in action with four games remaining, and boss Alan Curbishley recently admitted that his transfer plans are being hampered with some players yet to show their real level.
French midfielder Faubert, who has only played two full Premiership games this season, had suffered an Achilles problem soon after his summer move. He was then troubled by minor injuries. However, the 24-year-old is now set to come back as he has been back in full training for a week.
Former Arsenal winger Ljungberg has had his problems with migraine and hamstring, but the Swedish captain seems to have recovered and ready for a return.
