West Ham Boss Curbishley Warns Ferguson's Man United
West Ham United had beaten Manchester United at Upton Park in December, and the Hammers manager Alan Curbishley has fired a warning to the Red Devils ahead of Saturday’s lunchtime clash at Old Trafford.
Sir Alex Ferguson’s side are top of the table with two games remaining, but Chelsea are also equal on points with the defending champions as the title race is set to go right down to the wire.
"My team are not going to roll over and surrender to Manchester United," Curbishley, whose side have however been in poor form of late, told the Evening Standard.
"Our bonus scheme only kicks in from tenth place so if we finish 11th we get nothing.
"Finishing tenth would be a massive credit to the players, who have flogged themselves almost from pre-season training in an effort to overcome misfortunes."
