Tottenham To Use Lennon Or Bent In Offer For Blackburn’s Bentley?

Speculation is rife that Tottenham Hotspur could use Aaron Lennon or Darren Bent in the cash plus player offer for wantaway Blackburn Rovers winger David Bentley.
Bentley has revealed his wish to move to London, thus putting Spurs in pole position to sign him, while Liverpool and Aston Villa are also linked with the England international.
Rovers boss Paul Ince, who has made it his priority to keep Bentley, is reportedly interested in striker Bent and as such Spurs could include the former Charlton man in part exchange offer to test Blackburn resolve of holding onto Bentley.

Hi Guys,
Just thought I would give you a bit of a heads up.
I dont expect you to believe me but I can assure you it did happen and I swear on my parents and the rest of my family's life it happened
Me and my girlfriend bumped into David Bentley today in Stevenage.
I am a huge Blackburn fan and he was jogging, when I saw him running towards me. I stopped him and asked him what broght him to Stevenage and he said his girlfriend lives round the corner!!!
I asked him what are the chances of him starting the season with Blackburn and he said he has loved playing for the club but felt it was time to move on to progress his career.
I am asked him if he is looking to Join a champions league club and he said he hopes so. I would take that as Chelsea, Man Utd or Liverpool being that I cant see him going back to his old club Arsenal.
Just for the record as well he was a class act and a nice guy. My girlfriend thought he was up himself from what she had seen on tv, she now has changed her opinon completley and thinks he is a nice guy and she now fancies him!!!!
