Arsenal Legend Henry Eyes Premier League Return
French International Thierry Henry could be heading back to the Premier League after his recent troubles at Barcelona, with reports of a bust up with Barca boss Pep Guardiola.
Former Arsenal legend Henry is unhappy at the Nou Camp, with first-team opportunities sparce for the Gunners record goalscorer along with Guardiola deploying the striker on the left-wing when he does play for the La Liga giants.
This has led the 31-year-old to hold talks with Guardiola about his future, with a return to the Premier League his favoured destination should the forward leave Spain.
However, Henry has revealed that there is nothing to talk about at the moment, but this could change if he continues to be frozen out as the Catalan club.
Henry said: "For the moment, there is nothing to talk about.
"But if this continues, of course we will have to talk about it.
"It is true that I had talks with the coach before the start of the season. For me, the talks were clear."
Manchester United had been linked with a move for Henry in the summer, but are unlikely to follow up any interest after signing Dimitar Berbatov from Tottenham Hotspur. Henry himself has no regrets about leaving the Emirates Stadium after 8 years last summer, with the Frenchman insisting he did what he had to do.
He said: "I have no regrets. I did what I had to do at a time when I had to do it.
"All I want is to play and enjoy myself on the pitch."
