Spurs' Kaboul Agrees Terms With Sunderland - Two Down Two To Come?
Younes Kaboul will have a medical at the Stadium of Light on Friday, as the Frenchman moves closer to being the second Tottenham Hotspur player to sign for Sunderland this week.
Black Cats boss Roy Keane has already agreed a £23million fee to bring four players from White Hart Lane, with Finnish International Teemu Tainio joining Sunderland on Wednesday and Pascal Chimbonda and Steed Malbranque set to follow suit.
22-year-old Kaboul has made a startling U-turn, after his agent Rudy Raba claimed last week Kaboul would not sign for Sunderland even if there was an “Earthquake”, however it is now believed that Kaboul has agreed personal terms and will follow Tainio to the Black Cats.
Chimbonda is widely reported as being open to a move to the Stadium of Light, which just leaves Malbranque to make it a perfect swoop for Keane, as he prepares for his second season in the Premier League.
