Sir Alex Ferguson Looking To Make Carlos Tevez's Man Utd Deal Permanent
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is working hard and hopes to make Carlos Tevez’s stay at Old Trafford permanent.
The Argentinean is still on loan basis with the Red Devils, but last week he himself revealed that if offered a contract right now he would willingly sign it.
Ferguson was very impressed with Tevez contribution this season and is keen to keep him at Old Trafford for a long term basis.
The boss also claimed that chief executive David Gill is dealing with the negotiations for the player and at present he is making good progress.
"That is without question part of our future planning," insisted the boss. "David has progressed on that as best he can. Hopefully we can come to a solution.
"Carlos has been fantastic for us. It amazes me how the man can have so much energy in games. He also has the ability to score important goals, much like Eric Cantona used to. He's been a revelation for us."
