Derby County striker Kenny Miller is back in training after nursing a groin injury and looks likely to be playing against West Ham United on Saturday.

The Scottish international, who joined the Rams on the last day of the transfer window for an undisclosed fee from Celtic, was not available for the Rams clash against Villa at the weekend.

"Kenny has done a little light training and I am much more hopeful on him this week than I was last week," Derby boss Billy Davies told the club's official website.

"If he can keep that progress going and there are no reactions then he could be part of the plans at the weekend."
