A survey by Germany’s Bild newspaper has indicated that none of the 18 clubs in the Bundesliga are interested in Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann, who is looking to secure his long term future either in Spain or his homeland.

37-year-old Germany No 1 goalkeeper Lehmann is out of contract at the end of the season, although he has a deal of one year waiting at Arsene Wenger’s Gunners.

But Lehmann is understood to be wanting at least two years, which is against the principle of Wenger, who is known to extend the stay of 30+ players by a year maximum.

The Gunners boss has allowed Lehmann, who has been with the north-Londoners for four seasons, to speak to clubs.

“I had a little meeting with him but at the moment we have to sit down again to decide about it. Ideally I would like him to stay. But he will not get more than one year. But what can change is somebody can offer him three years," claimed Wenger earlier this month.
