Wigan Athletic, Hull City Premiership Transfer News
Premiership newboys Hull City have wrapped up the signing of Marlon King from Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan deal.
Tigers Phil Brown had been chasing the 28-year-old for quite sometime, as he looks to bolster up Hull's strikeforce ahead of the new Premier League season.
The striker joined Wigan in January from Watford, but failed to create any major impact. He will now be hoping to rediscover his form at the KC Stadium.
Wigan boss Steve Bruce told the club’s official website "We wish Marlon all the best."
"He is a good pro and he made an excellent contribution last season.
"He has worked hard in pre-season and has made an impact, but he has chosen to move on for the time being."
