Full Time Results Final Day - Man Utd Premiership Champions, Fulham Survive - Birmingham & Reading Join Derby In Relegation

Manchester United have been crowned Premier League champions after beating Wigan Athletic 2-0 on the last day of the 2007/08 season.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Ryan Giggs scored the goals to give Sir Alex Ferguson's team the Premiership title over rivals Chelsea, who only managed a 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers.

Middlesbrough pulled-off an amazing 8-1 drubbing of Manchester City, with Afonso Alves the star of the match for Boro, scoring a hat-trick against a 10-man City team.

Jimmy Bullard provided the assist, curling in a free-kick straight to the unmarked Murphy, who headed past Jamie Ashdown to make it 1-0.

Despite Birmingham City thrashing Blackburn 4-1, they also are now relegated, joining Reading in the the Championship next season.
