Speculation is rife that Sunderland boss Roy Keane is planning to sign Manchester United's injury-prone striker Louis Saha.

The Frenchman now becomes another target-man in the long list of reported Black Cats targets with Everton’s Andy Johnson, Tottenham’s Darren Bent and Portsmouth’s David Nugent also linked, but Keane yet to taste success.

Saha, who has had a frustrating time with the Red Devils due to his injury problems, has been linked with a move out of Old Trafford this summer with United said to be scouring the transfer market for a replacement striker.

Keane meanwhile, is desperate to land a new striker as Kenwyne Jones is set to miss the start of the season.
