Man United & Chelsea To Miss Out On 'New Maradona' - Aguero Happy At Atletico
Manchester United and Chelsea target Argentine Sergio Aguero has ruled out a move away from La Liga side Atletico Madrid.
20-year-old striker Augero joined Atletico from Argentine team Independiente in 2006, and has scored 24 goals in 75 appearances for the Los Rojiblancos, but despite interest from the two Premier League giants insists he is happy at the Vicente Calderon.
Aguero currently training with the Argentine squad for the Bejing Olympics wants to stay with Atletico “for one or two years more”, and is not “moving anywhere.”
Aguero told Radio La Red: “I only want to stay at this club (Atletico Madrid) because I'm happy.
“We always have teams who want you in their squads. What matters is the place where I'm happy and I'm very comfortable at Atletico.
“I'm not thinking about moving anywhere.”
This will disappoint both Chelsea and United, who saw the young Argentine International as a real talent, with Aguero even younger than Argentine legend Diego Maradona when making his senior debut in the Argentine Premier Division at 15 years old.
