Manchester City’s "frailties" were exposed when they went down 3-2 after taking a two goals lead at half time against Liverpool on Sunday, and manager Mark Hughes has revealed that he will plug the holes in January transfer window.
The Reds staged a fine second-half rally with Dirk Kuyt coming up with the injury-time winner at the Eastlands club who had Pablo Zabaleta sent off with 24 minutes to go.
Hughes told the club's website: "We should not dwell on the negatives, we need to look at the positive aspects of what we are trying to do.
"We are really good to watch, but we understand we have frailties - and come January we will try to address them."
