Man City Boss Hughes Looks For Right Balance As Search For New Faces Continues
Manchester City manager Mark Hughes has revealed that work is going on to get the right balance at the Eastlands club.
City are currently linked with several players including Blackburn striker Roque Santa Cruz, who is said to be prime target, West Ham forward Craig Bellamy (left) and talks are ongoing for Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim.
“We need to get the balance of the squad right,” Hughes said on Setanta Sports News.
“Last year the team was weakened when the likes of Micah and Richard Dunne were missing, so we are trying to address that.
“It is a long season and we are trying to make sure we use the squad.
“The players that come in have got to make sure the level does not drop and we will try and make sure the squad is stronger and the depth is greater.”
