Man City Boss Eriksson Set To Leave - Report

Swedish tactician, Sven-Goran Eriksson’s days as Manchester City manager seem numbered as a report based on City sources, suggests that he will leave next week.

Earlier this week, Eastlands club owener Thaksin Shinawatra's advisor Pairoj Piempongsant had said that the decision on the manager will be taken by June 15.

However, the Manchester Evening News claims senior City sources indicate that the situation will be clear before June 15.

Eriksson had taken charge of City last summer, and guided them to the ninth-place finish in the 2007-08 Premiership season. But with the former Thai prime minister looking to improve, the former England boss’ future has been placed under fierce speculation.
