Hull City, Wigan Athletic Premiership Transfer News
Hull City manager Phil Brown has disclosed that he is in for two strikers one of them being Wigan’s Marlon King.
The newly-promoted side are bracing up for the life in the top-flight with Brown revealing talks are at the chairman level for the 28-year-old King, who had joined the Latics for £5m from Watford in January 2008.
He told BBC Radio Humberside: "There's a lot of work to do. If I get the chance to sit down with him, then who knows where it will go."
"I've been speaking to Steve Bruce at length and the chairman has spoken to their chairman and there is a bid on the table which has not been disclosed," he said.
"We've got bids on the table for a couple of strikers and Marlon is one of them."
