Brazil full-back Gilberto is looking forward to reap benefits of his top physical condition that he credits to his conditioning at Tottenham.
The 32-year-old left-sided player came to White Hart Lane from Hertha Berlin in January, but he struggled with a leg injury.
Now feeling fit, he recalled the support from Spurs, saying: "At Tottenham, I am very well treated. I know I failed in my debut and I was wrong. But when everything seemed to be going wrong, the coaches gave me support.
"What I have done is strive to reach my top physical condition. Today I feel like I have not felt for a long time. I am well, with strength in the legs and even at the end of the season, I am well, ready to show more in the coming games."
