According to reports, Everton have entered the race to sign Sofiane Feghouli, who has been labelled the ‘new Zinedine Zidane’, from newly-promoted Ligue 1 outfit Grenoble.

The 18-year-old playmaker played a key role in their last season’s successful bid to get promoted from Ligue 2, and attracted attention from several clubs.

Not only the talented French U-21 international midfielder had been influential in the second tier, he has also looked to be able to hold his own in the top-flight with his performance against French giants Lyon well praised.

Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Inter Milan have apparently set their sight on the teenager, and now David Moyes’ Toffees have joined the list of Feghouli’s admirers with the possibility of a move in the January transfer window.
