Arsenal’s Estonian goalkeeper Mart Poom has joined Watford - who were relegated from The Premiership this season - on a permanent transfer deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 35-year-old Estonian No.1, who has only made two first-team appearances for The Gunners since his loan-move from Sunderland to Highbury was made permanent in January 2006, made his Premiership debut for the Gunners in their 0-0 draw away to Portsmouth in the last game of the 2006/07 season.
He will now be joining Adrian Boothroyd's team at Vicarage Road, with Richard Lee competing for the goalkeeper's jersey for The Hornets.
