Derby County and Tottenham Hotspur both have been forced into early substitutions due to injury problems during their Premiership clash at Pride Park on Saturday.

With Rams boss Paul Jewell already having a host of injuries in the defensive department, there seemed no end to their woes as Darren Moore, who passed a late fitness test, had to be replaced with what appears to be a hamstring injury in the 11th minute with Andy Todd, who himself was a doubt for today’s game, coming on.

Spurs manager Juande Ramos also had to change his plans as he was forced to make an early change with Michael Dawson seemingly picking up a thigh problem and replaced the English defender by sending on Younes Kaboul in the 14th minute.
