Chelsea & Man City’s Target ‘Won't Be Sold At All’
If Chelsea and Manchester City are dreaming about signing Kaka, then AC Milan’s latest declaration on the star Brazilian’s future, will come as a deterrent.
Both the Premiership sides have been linked with a move for the 26-year-old attacking midfielder, who is the reigning Ballon d’Or winner and FIFA World Player of The Year.
With Chelsea having Brazilian World Cup-winning coach Luiz Felipe Scolari at the helm, the speculation of a summer move for Kaka has been on-going after Andriy Shevchenko’s return to the Serie A giants.
On the other hand, City are now the richest football club and no player is out of their reach following the summer’s takeover by Abu Dhabi United Group who declared their aim by swooping for Kaka’s Brazil team-mate Robinho and capturing him for British transfer record fee on the deadline day from Real Madrid. City playmaker Elano has also been a key player for the South Americans and with Kaka scoring for A Seleção in their 4-0 win over Venezuela in a World Cup qualifier on Sunday, City would have dreamt of bringing him to the City of Manchester Stadium.
However, Milan sporting director Umberto Gandini has stressed that the former Sao Paulo star will not leave San Siro at least until his current contract expires in 2013. He is quoted as saying to Sky Sports News that Kaka “won't be sold at all.”
