According to reports, Chelsea are showing interest in AC Milan star Kaka despite the Italian giants said to be eyeing a mammoth fee of £55m.

The Blues are reportedly looking to bring top players in the summer transfer window as owner Roman Abramovich is keen on champagne football at Stamford Bridge.

As such, the west-Londoners have been linked with the likes of Kaka and his fellow Brazilian Ronaldinho, whose Barcelona future is under huge speculation.

The reports also suggest that if Chelsea do go in for Kaka, they may use former Milan star Andriy Shevchenko in a part-exchange deal.
