Blackburn Winger David Bentley Bentley Hoping To Extend Contract

English International David Bentley has revealed that he enjoying his spell with Blackburn Rovers and is looking forward to extending his contract with the club.

The winger signed a fresh contract with Rovers a year ago, but he wants to further commit his future with the club.

The 23-year old has displayed several breath-taking performances with Rovers in the Premiership and is hoping to be a regular player in his national squad.

He told Sky Sports News: "I love playing for the manager, I love playing with all the lads that are there and I love the club. It's really enjoyable.

"I'm enjoying my time at Blackburn. You just take each game as it comes because the 90 minutes in football changes everything."

According to Bentley, Fabio Capello is the right choice for the England job and feels that the boss has the capability of doing wonders with the team.

He added: "He's (Capello) got such a talented bunch of lads.

"If he can get us playing well and with that freedom, with the top players expressing themselves, I believe we can win the World Cup."
