Blackburn Rovers Player Injury and Suspension News
Blackburn Rovers striker Matt Derbyshire has kept a hernia operation on hold to assist his side in the battle for a place in Europe.
The England Under 21 international has been suffering pain for quite some time, yet he is ready to devote himself to the club.
Rovers manager Mark Hughes asserted that the club will provide necessary treatment before the 21-year old forward undergoes the operation in the summer.
"It's about keeping the pain low so he can make an impact," Hughes told The Sun.
