Birmingham’s McFadden & Kapo Likely To Miss Wigan Clash, Ridgewell & Queudrue Suspended
There are major doubts over whether influential forward James McFadden and midfielder Olivier Kapo boost Birmingham City for Saturday's Premiership clash at fellow strugglers Wigan Athletic.
McFadden (knee) and Kapo (hamstring) have, however, recovered from the injuries and now working on their fitness, as such could be fit in time for the Everton game.
"Both of their injuries are moving in the right direction but we don't want to put a deadline on them," said first team coach Roy Aitken on the club’s official website.
"This weekend is probably a game too early for James.
"Olivier is also making good progress, but again this weekend may be a bit too early for him.
"But we're hoping those players as well as Liam Ridgewell and Franck Queudrue (both suspended) will all be available for the Everton game."
