Aston Villa, currently in 7th place in the Premiership, are still chasing a European Cup place next season and need a win against Birmingham City on Sunday to retain a chance of securing a coveted 5th placed finish in the 2007/08 Premier League, ahead of Portsmouth, Everton and Manchester City, who are all still in contention for a place in the UEFA Cup next season.
Aston Villa also face Everton away, Wigan Athletic at Villa Park and, on the final day of the season, away to West Ham United.
