Arsenal’s Amuary Bischoff Is A ‘Very Very Good Footballer’
Arsenal Reserves manager Neil Banfield has labelled Amuary Bischoff a ‘very very good footballer.’
The 21-year-old versatile midfielder had joined the Gunners in the summer from Werder Bremen. But he was carrying a groin injury during his move to North London and has since worked on his rehabilitation to reach a stage where the Portuguese U-21 international is now set to appear for Banfield’s side against Stoke City Reserves tonight.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had termed Bischoff signing a "gamble on talent", with the player then declaring he would be repaying the faith. Now Banfield has asserted that there is immense potential in Bischoff and hopes he does justice to that.
Banfield said: "Well I must admit, I have been very impressed with Amuary's (Bischoff) technical qualities, he's a very very good footballer. We just hope that he can get over his injuries and he can really do himself justice."
