Arsenal, Portsmouth Premiership Transfer News
Armand Traore’s future lies at Arsenal even as he has impressed in the early days of his season-long loan spell with Portsmouth.
The 18-year-old French U-19 international has been a fine addition to Pompey this season with his sharp runs on the left-wing opening up opportunities for his team-mates as he gets valuable first-team experience.
However, Pompey boss Harry Redknapp has admitted that there is no chance he can keep the talented Gunners youngster at Fratton Park permanently.
"Traore showed again what a talent he is on the left," said Redknapp after the 2-1 victory over Stoke City on Sunday.
"Have we got a chance of taking him permanently from Arsenal? I shouldn't think we've got any chance at all. He's another great young Arsenal kid."
