Agent Warns: Giavinco Will Leave Juve For Arsenal If Pay Demands Are Not Met
Juventus midfielder Sebastian Giovinco’s agent has revealed that the Italian Under-21 International will quit the Stadio Olimpico if he is not paid what he deserves, with Arsenal being linked.
21-year-old Giavinco has been with La Vecchia Signora since 2001, but despite only ever making three appearances for Juve impressed while on loan at Empoli last season, and is considered one of Italy’s brightest talents.
However, it is now believed that negotiations on a new deal between Giavinco and the I Bianconeri have stalled, with Juve only prepared to offer their young talent €500,000-a-year. This situation has alerted Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who is reportedly tracking the situation of the player known as the “Atomic Ant” due to his size.
Giavinco’s agent Claudio Pasqualin revealed that while his client does not want to leave the Stadio Olimpico, he will reconsider if his pay demands are not met.
“If an offer was to arrive from Arsenal, or from abroad, we would block the bid,” explained Claudio Pasqualin.
“However, Juventus certainly must be fairer in the evaluation of their players.
“At the moment they are not. Giovinco may be young but he must be paid what he deserves.”
Juventus fans protested last week, when reports in the press linked Giavinco with a swap-deal for Dutch International Robin Van Persie (above) at Arsenal.

Good article....if you hadnt mistaken Roma's Stadio Olimpico for that of Juventus (which happens to be the Stadio Delle Alpi...) plus I dont think Wenger will let Van Persie leave as well this summer
